Welcome to Hedgehog Books! Our bookstore was created by teachers; born out of a love of reading to children and the belief that reading books aloud can change a child's life. Meet the Hedgehog team...

As elementary school teachers we have seen the excitement of our students when listening to a wonderful story. Even reluctant readers learn to love books if they are read to. Because of this, it is our goal at Hedgehog Books to bring you the best books to read aloud and read alone so all children can experience the magic of books. We remember the joy of being read to as children and understand the importance of finding just the right book. We hope you enjoy our site.

We can't supply books to everyone who requests them, but we will review your request, validate your organization, and if we have books available, we may be able to help.
